Scope of Service
Helicon Foundation Repair will contact the property owner within 24-48 hours of receiving the assignment. After the initial contact, we will schedule a site inspection for a time that is convenient with the owner.Because of the urgent and critical nature of foundation and sinkhole repairs,we help insurance adjusters and homeowners by providing them with prompt service, efficient communication, and immediate execution of tasks. We understand the insurance industry, and we comply with all service requirements,provide expert consultation, and offer prompt and efficient repair proposals.Adjusters can expect to receive our repair proposal immediately after our review of the engineering report.
As part of our full-orbed Foundation Remediation Services, we provide the following:
- Comprehensive site inspection, including consultation and education of the property owner(s)and a full proposal of the repairs needed
- On going communication throughout the foundation repair process with property owner(s)
- Emergency Soil Stabilization to protect the property from further damage
- Adherence to the recommendation of the Engineer of Record

Project Completion
